Ingredients: 3 ripe avocados. 1 small red onion, finely diced. 2 cloves of garlic, minced. 1-2 jalapeo peppers, seeded and finely chopped adjust to taste. 1 tomato, diced. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped. Juice of 2 limes. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork or potato masher until you achieve your desired level of smoothness some prefer chunky guacamole, while others like it smoother. Add the finely diced red onion, minced garlic, chopped jalapeo peppers, diced tomato, and chopped cilantro to the mashed avocado. Squeeze the juice of 2 limes into the mixture, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Gently fold all the ingredients together until well combined. Taste and adjust the seasonings if needed. You can add more lime juice, salt, or pepper to suit your preference. Serve the guacamole immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos, burritos, or any dish of your choice.
