This is the tarot prompt I mentioned in my earlier post. You take 2 or more oracle cards as your "main categories", then use another deck to clarify and give examples.
I've also found that if I'm not getting any cards that jump out, I can use another "big category" (aka oracle) card to either clarify the original cards or as another category to explore.
I've only used it with my Grail Code deck so far, and that deck is a fickle bitch (affectionate). I really have to apply extra thought to interpretation, because the images often don't fit the guide book's meaning. If/when I find my Froud Faeries deck, I'll try with that one, too.

I seem to have a terrible habit of pulling tarot cards, photographing the spread, and then forgetting to write down my interpretation. My post with the ST fan-made spread has been getting activity again. It's been two months, and I just never looked back.
I've been doing a free-flow method lately, though stemming from a prompt I saw on YT. (The video is lost in my drafts, but I do plan to post it someday.) It lets me use both my Grail Code deck (pretty paintings) and the Rider-Waite-Smith learning deck.
I haven't returned to my dragon deck since peeling my notes off of the cards. Remind me to look into repair techniques, for the bits where the tape peeled up the surface of the cards.
Also, humble brag: I'm still resisting taking off my nail polish. Also feeling more comfortable with them growing out a tiny bit. Having to file them helps keep me from cutting them too short.

I chose the Oracle of the Grail Code deck for its imagery, but these cards are huge and sometimes horizontal. I could only roughly arrange them in the "right" shape, but it should still be clear who is who.
The Vessel sticker (by Nerdgasmatron, via @vintage-tech) is covering a baby's face on the "service" card. It's "Madonna Litta" by Leonardo da Vinci.
Will pull Rider-Waite for these spreads, too. I haven't even interpreted these yet; just had to post right away. Wampus is on the spread now.
Two Queens making important decisions

Another day, another tarot call with Jay. We had several cards come up, but these four felt like the key messages for us to keep in mind.
Regarding the Seven of Cups, I had a great line of wisdom: "Just because you have all these choices in front of you, that doesn't mean any of them are for your greater good."
I like that we both embody the queen cards' traits, sometimes in different ways. It's about finding the meaning and value of what's already in your lap, along with cutting through bullshit to protect your peace. Oh, and I just realized both our signs are mentioned in the side notes! How fitting!
Nine of Pentacles, with a peek of the High Priestess
Another call with Jay today. I've been getting the Nine of Pentacles a lot lately. I got the High Priestess a lot in February, but less so recently. I want to look into the history of these images more. Like, the bird of prey with a hood feels significant.
I'm really loving how beat up my cards are looking, too. I mean that sincerely. If this deck runs its course, I'd like to get another learning deck, of a higher quality, of course.
Still, by becoming worn, it shows that I'm putting effort into working with these cards. Not just a phase or passing hobby. Now I know it'll be worth investing in another, better deck. Gotta try the training wheels before the mountain bike.

Shuffled tarot cards today, and they called me a bitch. (queen of pentacles reversed) I got super defensive and spent more time just explaining myself than actually shuffling. I wasn't getting cards often, either.
They doubled down and said I was being cold (king of swords reversed).
Jay messaged me, and I sent a voice note ranting about the cards. But I made sure to thank her for breaking me out of that frustration. I decided to sit in the living room with music to calm down.
Got some Wampus time, as I joined her on the couch.
Looking back , I didn't get much sleep today. I've still got that weird tension. The cards were harsh, and I wasn't calm enough to keep exploring meanings.
As I said to them, I've had to become cold impatient etc to protect myself. So now that I've calmed down, maybe they didn't mean it as a negative thing. Just acknowledging my actions.
Honestly, I kept trying to clarify, but the journey seemed to suggest actions I am actively avoiding. I got frustrated and defensive. I've been talking with my counselor, trying so hard to take care of myself, distancing myself from things that bring up those old pains from mom. It took a lot of strength to make decisions and take action.
I can't stay in that pain or things that trigger it. I have to care for myself first.
Twice I asked if I was even asking the right questions. First time was "no" with the tower. second was "yes" with six of pentacles.
I'm calling it a wash. Things weren't clear, and I felt that old hurt come up as things didn't go as I wanted. Not in the right headspace to interpret, let alone connect with questions. Phooey.
Woke up around 5am and took meds. Didn't eat breakfast, just checked email and went back to bed. (My niece friended me on Facebook, hm.) Slept til 9 or 10, then lazed in bed and played on my phone for a few hours.
Sometime between 2-3, I came downstairs for food. Practiced shuffling tarot cards between snacks.
Did a card spread with my own questions, to practice reading intuitively. Lots of shuffling! Had to change my questions and "within x months" a few times, because I couldn't get any jumpers for a while. Dad startled me and I dropped some cards, losing concentration.
Took a photo of the spread, then recorded a voice note to remember everything. I think not getting more cards means it was time to stop dwelling on it for now.
Spent February studying a lot of the Matrix of Destiny. Specifically, the sacral + heart chakras. Have a lot of content I want to post but I want to be thorough. 🩷
In relationships, they activate together:
Sacral = "I want you."
Heart = "I cherish you."
Manifestations:
Sacral without Heart = passion, but unstable or toxic.
Heart without Sacral = safe, but no chemistry.
Both aligned = powerful, conscious love.
I think the relationship number acts like a filter.
Basically the "power" of each chakra can feel stronger or weaker depending on that number. It doesn’t change your chakra itself, but it activates certain layers of it.
I'm thinking of it like this:
Your chakras = instruments
Relationship number = the song being played
