it's been a weird few days where i've been feeling like something might happen to me soon, and i've been having dreams warning me about it and asking me to get more in touch with my spiritual guides because they are disconnected from me, and they are the only ones who can save me.

i've also dreamed about my grandmother, who passed away years ago, for the first time, and when i woke up, i couldn't remember what she told me even though i could remember other parts of the dream. i also dreamed about having an out-of-body experience where my soul was visiting the childhood home i grew up in, and no one could see me other than the woman currently living there.

i don't know, it's all been really weird, and i've been feeling like my energy is really heavy and like i'm running on borrowed time. sorry for the rant, but i felt like i should explain where i was coming from.

surprisingly, i'm not really afraid of feeling this way or anything. i'm just searching for answers to see what i can do to protect myself.

I think sadness sometimes has the ability of being worked through & it's absolutely something that they can get better from. try reaching out if you're worried for them.

I asked my deck if HC will answer to your message if you decide to reach out & got the strength card which is a strong yes. they need comfort, a listening ear without judgement but keep in mind that you have every right to disconnect if their energy is too heavy for you. boundaries are important.
