3oP is about teamwork and collaboration so I think this card represents all the members. As much as Martin will lead the group through success, the ultimate maintaing of popularity will be down to ALL of the members hard work put in. I mean it makes sense considering for a group to be top tier they all need to train hard so that it reflects on stage like dancing in sync or hitting notes.
