"I don't wish to be betrothed to her mother!" Aemond's voice echoed through the cookhouse.
No one dared to look up at the outburst of the young prince towards his birth giver or even look up.
"Noon!" the young prince finally declares.
The queen lets out a breath and slowly nods her head, "As you wish, al I would like to know why? Why do you reject her? Hasn't she be your only friend?"
"I reject her cause, she is weak, she is clumsy, she cannot let out a single word without slowing down, moreover their house is weak, they bring no advantage to us" he hiss, venom dripping from every syllable he lets out.
"Weak? Their bloodline posses the power of blue flame als, like us they are only other house which has power over dragons" Alicent grabs her sons shoulder.
"But she doesn't! She is at of age, she nat controls blue flame als nat have a dragon, she is weak moreover she can never be lady like. She will bring nothing but shame to us"
"Fine. If that you wish I will let the Lords of Blue Flames know that this betrothed will be rejected. Are you satisfied now?" she asks her son with warmth.
Unknown to the presence of another pair of ears, hearing everything that was just said, with warm huge tears running down her face, leaning against the closed door.
After few seconds when no voice echoed through the cookhouse again, she wipes her eyes and snot from the back of her sleeve of the dress. She runs towards her chambers, packing her dresses, never wanting to set foot in kings landing again.
Taking back nothing but hatred for the young price in her heart.
