I will say, I don't have much planned for this character, I don't even have a name or gender planned yet but basically in their world, no one is human (they're all creatures of some type, the main character is an elf, another character is a gargoyle, etc) and they're in some magical war and they're a group of teens (15-17) who fled into the woods for a while due to being forced out of their homes

I just kinda need to know some things about Down Syndrome that maybe would disable the character or are really important for them to have, because I honestly don't know much about it, like...at all

i like how his AAC isn't a joke, that Racine & Anaia let him write & don't rush him or grab his whiteboard from him, as a character he's still taken seriously. i also really like that he is (/turns out to be) in support of Racine & Anaia.

& also where most horror movies would make it a point of fear that he is disabled & cannot speak, "is god is" doesn't do that at all.

Of course "is god is" is different from other movies as a whole in writing disabled characters & characters with visual differenves, it doesn't make disability scary & scars aren't used to tell the audience that a character is evil.
