okay fuck fakeclaimers make aesthetics for your system. make moodboards and make stimboards, request them, commission art, fucking make shit with your alters about them. bond over aesthetics, give them shit they like to ground themselves with, to have fun with or just because. Make picrews, draw, make collages, no matter how "cringe" and "fake" they call it. fuck them, and and be yourselves unapolagetically. you dont owe them shit.

i don’t talk abt being a system much (i’m a very small system and it’s not like. crazy important to me) but some of my alters are introjects of my f/os and it’s sooo fun, we’re literally dating irl guys ^_^

im probably the person in the system least qualified to make an executive decision but anyways! here i am, getting us back on our meds😳 because the endless gnawing paranoia is absolutely killing my vibe. half the alters who've been fronting lately are used-to-it-ish, but me personally? I was really starting to enjoy not feeling like im in the fucking twilight zone or some shit just waiting for vague Bad Things to happen and me to lose my entire fucking mind😘
