Ingredients: 2 cups honeydew melon, diced. 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves. 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup for a vegan option. 1/2 cup water.
Instructions: Melon cubes and fresh basil leaves should be put in a blender. Put water and honey or maple syrup into the blender. Mix the ingredients together until they are smooth. Place the mix into popsicle molds. Place a popsicle stick in each mold. Put the popsicles in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until they are completely frozen. Run the molds under warm water for a short time to loosen the popsicles. Serve these gluten-free Honeydew Basil Popsicles and enjoy them!
