All throughout the years, I’ve learned a lot of things not only with pharmacy but a lot about psychology. I feel like I’m doing an internship for my psychology course, way back, because all I do in my four years of stay here in this institution is understand each people in this department.

I’ve learned how and why these people act the way they do. These people came from different places and were raised in different ways.

And because of that I respect and forgive their acts.

I’m not coming off clean and saying that these kind of bad attitudes should be tolerated. But maybe there should be a little bit of softness when it comes to reprimanding someone.

Maybe when one has something to comment about a person’s attitude, they should tell it to their face and not to others who are not involved.

Because that would be really unprofessional.

For I live by the principle that “when you have nothing good to say, just shut up.”

We are all humans and we all make mistakes. If a person is bad yesterday, that doesn’t mean he’ll be bad tomorrow or stay being bad forever.  One should not define a person by the wrong doings he/she made in his life. It’s the 21st century folks and everything is changing!

For change is the only constant thing in this world.

And there are two sides of a coin.
