I have a pathology exam in two days, and I haven’t studied yet. Our house was under renovation, with workers coming in and out all the time. My brother and I had to carry a table up to the second floor, and honestly, it was a disaster. My back hurt a lot—especially since I already deal with almost daily back pain from an old injury caused by lifting heavy things in the past.
Anyway, the chaos is finally over and things have settled down. Because the room changed, I struggled a bit with sleep. I’m someone who doesn’t like changing where they sleep, but the new look was worth it.
I also have a lot on my mind. I want to write a story inspired by a song, and I don’t want it to feel like a distorted version of Alice in Wonderland. I’m trying to create something original—not in the sense that ideas come from nowhere, because if we look closely, everything is a re-creation of something that existed before—but I want it to reflect me and my own voice.
As for the exam, it’s 11 lectures and I only have two days, so I’ll focus on the most important ones—six lectures. It will be heavy, but that’s okay.
These days, I feel grateful that I get to study and that I’m in pharmacy school. In the end, it’s something I wished for deeply, even if it came in a different form than I imagined..
