hello I wanna get an stp packer but all the ones I see, they have a hard pointed out penis shaft and that makes sense for peeing but how does that go packing?? wouldn’t it look like u have a boner.. does it squish down? is there soft squishy STPs and you hold it out to pee?

Often, STP packers are specifically for peeing! So yes, it's not necessarily ideal (visually or comfortability-wise) for regular packing.
But there are ones that are a mesh of both (so yes, they're more squishable), which is usually mentioned in the details of the product! You just have to look specifically for one that mentions you can use it for regular packing and of course, check out reviews to see how well it actually works.
There are also sets of packers, which contain numerous packers for different purposes (for example, typical packers for clothing, STP packers, packers specifically designed for sex, etc). Those might be worth looking into as well.
