From what I've gathered, valveplug is a rating, like the fandom's way of saying something is PG-18, NSFW, whatever the word is for "hey there's sexual content in this". Sticky interfacing and plug & play are ways for Transformers to have intercourse.
Plug & play is when the sex is not anthropomorphic like it is with sticky interfacing, but more robot-based. For example, connecting cables (literally plugging in), transferring data, or any kind of wireplay.
There are other types of non-anthropomorphic styles of TF intercourse too, like sparkplay (touching a spark or merging sparks), fieldplay (manipulating EM fields), and probably others that I've forgotten so TF nerds, do your thing !!

Now if you want specific characters, I did that as well but I'll post them separately as there's alot of them. But really, only unicron would kill you with the amount of transfuild he has, everyone else should be fine 👌👍
Edit: I have since updated my formal and the estimate is probably closer to 600ml-800ml amazing what 2 extra days of research would do 😅

Concerning sticky interfacing and troupes in fics, I will never understand the "problem" of size difference and the supposed incompatibility that comes from that.
Bluntly put, the "oh no, your spike is so big!" troupe. It doesn't make sense.
Just... go get a new smaller one? You're Transformers. You change and modify your frames constantly. You can build entirely new limbs and fix just about any part of your frames.
If you're a monster truck and your partner is a jeep, just go and get a smaller dick goddammit. Problem solved.
