The sound of javon's keyboard clicking filled the room while he sat at his desk, completely focused on his game.

You'd been lying on his bed for almost half an hour babbling on about whatever went wrong in your day.

" And dont even get me started on what she did said, can u believe - "

Your eyes drift from his celling to finish your statement, but much to your surprise he wasnt listening.

"Babe."

No answer.

"Javon."

"Hm?"

You sat up.

"You didn't hear a word I said."

"Yeah I did."

"What did I say?"

"..."

"Exactly."

A grin appeared on his face as he kept looking at the monitor.

You grabbed one of his pillows and threw it at him you watch as bounced off the back of his chair.

"Hey!"

"You deserve that."

"For what?"

"For acting like I don't exist."

Javon laughed. "I'm literally right here."

"Physically, yeah."

He shook his head and went back to his game.

You stared at him for a second.

Then another.

Then you got up and walked over.

Without saying anything, you dropped into the empty space beside his chair and rested your head against his arm.

Javon glanced down.

"What are you doing?"

"Bothering you."

"Mission accomplished."

Despite his words, he shifted his arm slightly so you could sit more comfortably. You smiled to yourself.

A few minutes passed like that. Every now and then he'd say something to his friends through his headset while absentmindedly playing with your fingers.

He didn't even seem aware he was doing it. When his game finally ended, he pulled off his headset and looked down at you.

"You tired?"

"A little."

"You could've said that."

"You seemed busy."

"I was."

You rolled your eyes.

"Wow. Thanks."

"I'm kidding."

Before you could answer, he grabbed your hand and pulled you up. You barely had time to react before he flopped backward onto the bed, bringing you down with him.

"Javon!"

He was already laughing.

"What?"

"You almost killed me."

"You survived."

You landed beside him, fixing your hair while he continued laughing at himself.

Idiot. Your idiot. After a minute, the laughter died down and the room got quieter.

You ended up leaning against him while he scrolled through videos on his phone.

Every once in a while he'd show you something funny. You'd tell him it wasn't funny. Then laugh anyway.

At some point your head found its way back onto his shoulder. Neither of you moved. Javon just adjusted slightly so you could get comfortable.

The sun had started setting outside his window by then, painting the room orange. You felt his hand lightly squeeze yours.

"Not bored anymore?"

You smiled without looking up.

"No."

"Good."

short form summary,   harry   holloway   is   my   original   character   from   stranger   things.   he's   the   cousin   of   heather   holloway,   but   they   grew   up   acting   more   like   twins.   he's   hawkins   star   hockey   player   and   overall   a   popular   character.   in   season   2,   he   gets   infected   by   the   upside   down   and   becomes   incredibly   ill,   changing   him   drastically. post    season    5,    he    opens    a    corporation    with    his    friends    where    they    travel    to    solve    other    peoples    mysteries.    though    the    upside    down    is    destroyed,    he's    still    experiencing    symptoms.
