I have always been one to enjoy the occasional yoga exercise. YouTube has some great creators that post their practices that I find extremely helpful especially since I do not fully understand how to start creating my own flow routines. I want to start taking my practice seriously so, to do this, I will be completing Charlie Follows 7 Day beginner Challenge with reflections afterwards.

My routine is a bit chaotic, but I will try and complete these either as soon as I wake up or right before I go to bed.

Will I post these reflections? No, I think that yoga is one of the more personal ways to connect with yourself and don't think that the general internet body needs to be aware of my thoughts. I will however reblog this post at the end, with a generalized reflection on how I think the practices went and what I learned from the experience.

Watch Oliver von Malm present 'Start Somewhere'

On Tuesday, March 15th 2022 the design team of the Atlassian Tower in Sydney donated its Holcim Award prize money to a project named “Start Somewhere”. Now you can review the event online and watch Oliver von Malm sharing his amazing story of his initiative. “Start Somewhere” is a non-profit limited organization from Munich with nine years of experience in development cooperation in one of the largest slums in Africa: Kibera, Nairobi (Kenya). Key invention is a system of hollow concrete blocks. They can be assembled and disassembled by hand as a modular, mortarless plug-in system. A very creative solution and an inspirational effort to improve the lives of people. It seems this solution clearly has potential globally in cases where a simple low-cost building solution is needed.
