It's been literally years since I drew him so I decided to do a redesign of my old artwork on Wind's violin! ⬇️

I'll leave you some info on this magical instrument. It's called the Storm Violin, and it amplifies Wind's powers allowing him to control and manipulate the winds, turning them into gusts, tornadoes etc., the more lively the music the more powerful the wind

I have always associated the violin with the wind, that's why I designed one for Wind!

i haven't figured out what causes it because that type of worldbuilding makes my head ache but yep! there's something weird with the colours with anything that they wear or touch (within reason) will change their assigned colour!

that's why if you look at any of the art i have for them, their outfits are in the same colour family. of course i have some leniency for rules of what colours they can wear or have. for example Red's colours can bleed into oranges and pinks, but can't get too near purple. the twins can kinda mix each other's colours as long as it's mostly their own colour.

most plates and dishes and things are exempt for the most part, so is paper, but items they come into contact with a lot (blankets, pillows, Red's capybara plush, etc) will end up getting changed.

clothes just happen on contact (i do have a comic kinda explaining this but haven't released it yet as it has been sacrificed to the draft monster) while they are wearing them usually. the colours end up buying their clothes already in their "assigned" colour to avoid difficulty.

as for furniture, there's a reason it's gray.

I can't draw the real form of Amulet but now that I've presented my version of FD I can officially introduce the two brothers to you

I know more than one person had figured it out because in the art mural FD was quite recognizable

I can't say anything else about them because their backstory will be covered in the main story, but I'll do some sketches of them every now and then to expand some interactions

Wind has this amazing violin, which controls the winds and transforms them in many ways, making it a weapon but also a defense

In the beginning the violin was the instrument he used to play for his little daughter Iris, that's why he always plays with love, and rarely out of anger

But the music produced by the Storm Violin, if played with energy and vivacity, can create tornadoes and very powerful gusts

Some worlds are bigger than you can imagine...

I have a question about your comic given the most recent update - are Hylia and Sun the same person like in canon? Or is Sun in the spirit realm area where the rest of Sky’s family is, and they can never see each other again?

So, in my comic, Zelda is the reincarnation of only a part of Hylia, but like every reincarnation Zelda has a soul and a body all her own

I've always thought that every Link is always a different person, but that only a part of their soul is reincarnated, the same goes for every Zelda

So in my story Hylia still has a body but it only resides in the spirit realm, and the different Zelda were a part of her souls that could save Hyrule in the world of the living

So Hylia and Sun are not the same person, the spirit of Sun and her children with Sky reside in the spiritual realm, and Sky after the punishment was no longer able to see them

Sky has lived in the spiritual realm with his family for a long time, but that event is now what is preventing Time and Sky from being able to return in the spiritual realm

The Fierce Deity Mask is an object with the spirit of the god still inside

When Majora decided to entrust it to Time, in my lore, Majora probably didn't expect him to accept Time and lend him his power, but the result of that choice proclaimed Majora's defeat

In my au no one uses the FD mask except Time, and FD might also decide to accept someone else, but since it's a dark object, none of the legendary spirits would want to risk a corruption, but Time has already used it, and does not fear it at all. FD also has a vengeful soul which fits well with that of Time so tormented, not to mention the corruption already present in his soul, which was inflicted on him by Dark

In general the FD mask chooses who can wear it, that's why someone incompatible would risk wearing it

Time really watched over him in my au, he already knew Twilight was the chosen one and made sure he grew up in peace throughout his childhood, and Twilight was able to see it

But in my Au Time only watched over him in wolf form, that's why despite everything Twilight isn't that scared when he sees the golden wolf for the first time
