#four sword

I had different plans for Shade, but the art wasnt coming along like I hoped so I went with something easier. Four's kaleidoscope eyes took me a min but ended up hella awesome. Made this lil design for it then put it on overlay to some colors representing each part of Four. Ended up with something hella dope.

I had to pull Shadow's design outa my ass and decided I should call him Shade cuz Shadow The Hedgehog is here to stay and im pretty sure theres another character I like called Shadow but I cant remember who. I also made him cat-like. The design isnt solid, but it will do the trick (i've posted this earlier too but I'll put it here as well). I had redrawn him many times for this silly thing before having to stop and just sketch this over Four's ref (since their OG designs are supposed to be very close). Time has passed in the fic, so their designs I felt needed to be a bit more separate. Its growing on me though, so I may keep it as is.

Im also still reading him in Shadow Milk Cookie's English voice (its so very silly). They've got similarities.

Legend and Ravio's designs are also in heavy WIP, but I used them regardless. Im using the version im making for animation. I'll make a more head-canon-y version of the two later. I wanna keep them recognizable for animation tho. I did however adjust Ravio's clothes for the fic. I love him being a artificer/tinker so I gave him clothes to match that but the colors were largely from the animation reference im making. This is also why the colors are so bright. Im still adjusting stuff.
