A little College AU story I wrote based on the story and characters of 2018 She Ra! It’s completed (only two bonus chapters coming soon). Follow the story of Catra, being a college student when she meets her new blond dorm mate. 

Here a little sneak peek;

“You… okay?”, it was a stupid question. How many people felt okay after vomiting?

“Yeah… I shouldn’t have that many drinks… It’s stupid.”

“I thought you didn’t drink? Did they make you?”, Catra asked with a frown.

“Let’s just keep it with peer pressure, but I’m glad I left early.”, Adora said, gazing away as she still rubbed her arm.

It didn’t feel right to Catra, knowing this girl had been drinking probably against her will but it wasn’t her place to point that out. Instead she looked back to her double screens and drew out some sketchy lines for a billboard design.

“You probably think I’m some kind of pushover huh…”

Catra had looked back so quickly to the blond that she could swear she had ruptured a muscle in her neck. Rubbing the actual sore place as she watched Adora with a risen eyebrow. She was cute but Catra couldn’t get a hold on how her thoughts worked, yet.

“Do you realise how much bullshit you tell me?”, she said with a laughter. “I think you went out with some terrible people. They’re the ones to blame. You don’t seem like a pushover, mind I even think you can lift me without a prob-“

Too much, that was too much. Adora was looking at her with such warm smile after her surprized look had crumbled when Catra had started speaking.

“Whatever, don’t worry about what I think, it doesn’t matter and even if it did, it’s not bad what I think about you so… Drop it, okay?”, the brunette added with a wave of her hand as she watched Adora.

The blond shithead had a smirk on her face. Eyeing the brunette as she leaned on the desk, closer to Catra as the smirk stayed in place. Catra could see she was still a little drunk but not as much she wouldn’t know what she was doing. The brunette didn’t know what to do with that information, if she was glad with it or not.

“You don’t think bad of me? You like me, don't you?”, making Catra groan and push a hand in the blond her face to get her out of her personal space.

“I do not like you! You’re just… not a bad person and I don’t think of you like that or weak or… whatever!”, her face all flustered as she could feel the other laughing against her hand before she pulled it away.
