not super sure what this is but there's a registration wall between the viewer and the content.... best i can figure it's some sort of kickstarter-ish website for aspiring ad people. There's like 4 for their gushers campaign, which most of them aren't worth the time... the 1st place out of 4 is the most relevant one tho: https://tongal.com/project/GushersErMahGushCampaignVideoProject/ check it out, again you have to sign up for the website, didn't ask for payment or anything, so seems like no strings attached.
