Oh yes, Mickey would throw hands and bites when he was in his early years; it wasn't out of malice, he was simply a child seeing a big world and barely knowing it. But over time, he reduced these behaviors as he grew older

Of course, that doesn't change the fact that even if he doesn't always resort to violence, it doesn't mean he doesn't feel like throw hands sometimes

But...

There are times when it's necessary. Times when words aren't enough.

If it threatens his family, friends, or anything he cares about, if they threaten something that could put people in serious danger like the Pirates do...

Then he will resort to that, because he has no other option.

there's this lost episode where he saw a cat in an alley and tried petting and trying to irritate the little guy.

right up until minnie finds him in an alley. then minnie walks him home to get mickey some sleep. the cat walks into the alley to go hunt for some food and that was the end of the episode.

I know everyone loves to mention how Mortimer reacts to Mickey’s fax (which is completely fair btw), but not enough people talk about what happened before the fax.

Mortimer says “Why don’t you fax me sometime, chum!” He literally ASKED to be faxed. Which means Mortimer was so glad that Mickey bothered to send him something, he decided to be his friend.

He also loves to poke and prod Mickey, like, quite literally, he touches Mickey a LOT.

There’s also the other time where he invited Mickey to a party he was hosting. Yes, I know I already posted these photos, but this time I’m going more in detail about them.

Mortimer just invites Mickey, for no real reason. He doesn’t even bully him when he gets there, he mostly saves that for Eega Beeva and Goofy.

In fact, he actually asks if Mickey enjoys his culinary creations, pretty much asking if he’s having a good time. Why would he care for the approval of his rival?

There’s also this comic where he encourages Mickey to come to an auction he’s going to. Even though he doesn’t think Mickey has anything special, again a weird way for Mickey to hang out with him.
