#el internado

I drew three pictures inspired by El Internado: Laguna Negra, a cult Spanish show from the early 2000s. An adaptation of this series was one of a couple of stepping stones that led me to start building my own story, the characters of which you may have seen in my earlier posts (as I draw tme all the time). These drawings are all based on moments from the show that really stayed with me:

The first one is about that scene where Paula gets her doll, and Evelyn starts asking questions: kind of curious, kind of jealous.

The second is a tiny student of the boarding shool playing hopscotch but only till the number 8. Or not a student?

The last drawing, which took me way longer than the others, is inspired by the ending when they finally leave the boarding school - but only featuring the students I liked :)
