HAPPY SIX OF CROWS DAY!!

Big day for annoying people (me).

SOC means the world to me. Growing up I too was the fat funny friend. I was too big and memorable. Then along came Nina Zenik, and parts of me that I hated were starting to look more like compliments. People started fan casting me or using my cosplay as art inspo. It was a very crazy shift, and I’m incredibly thankful.

In honor of Leigh’s work, I roped a few friends into providing the voices of Kaz, Inej, and Jesper respectively, while I played Nina and was my own hair/costumes team. I filmed and edited the video myself with absolutely no editing expertise to speak of. Shot and produced on my iPhone in my apartment. It may not be the spin-off trailer I think many of us wanted, but it is a love letter to the story that changed so much of my life, and that’s good too.
