I love how when Crowley and Aziraphale are driving to Tadfield, Crowley is chastised for driving too fast and Aziraphale is obviously uncomfortable.

‘You go too fast for me Crowley.’

On the way back to the bookshop though, Crowley is driving slow enough to have other cars pass him. They have a cute conversation about politically unsophisticated operatives and ducks.

Even when pulling the Bentley to park by the bookshop, Crowley is diving slower than usual.

He doesn’t want Aziraphale to be afraid.

They get out and have cute banter by the car.

Until Aziraphale finds the book in the back of the car and becomes all secretive.

And at this point, in the book, there’s this:

‘Right,’. mumbled Crowley, suddenly feeling very alone.
