Working the #muscle in a very minimal range helps to activate and strengthen the #muscle without #straining it through elongation and contraction of the tissue. The aim is to #squeeze the #ball for 10s then offload, repeat as instructed by your treating Physio but of do 3 sets of 10 reps. Obviously #SNPhysio stylee would be to engage core CORRECTLY...
