I'd say polycule is generous because Ra's doesn't really have an interest in Slade, its just good for Tim for him to have some time with his brother and Slade is interested in Tim so sometimes when Ra's wants to hire Slade he sells Tim to him for a predetermined amount of time.

For a moment Slade just watched him, head tilted a bit to the side. Then he stood up, cocked his gun and pointed it at Tim’s left hand where he was subtly trying to pick at the knot tying him to the bed. Tim froze. Slade didn’t say anything, just watched – the warning was clear enough. He let go of the rope. “Good boy.” Slade hummed. He stepped closer, grabbing Tim’s chin between his two fingers and sharply lifted his head when Tim tried to turn away. “Behave and no one will get hurt.” “Now, why don’t I believe you?” Tim sneered. That smirk climbed onto Slade’s lips again. “Because you’re a smart boy.” He said and in one swift motion straddled Tim’s waist. Tim grunted at the heavy weight on his waist pushing him deeper into the mattress. In the time he was unconscious Slade took away everything that could be used to escape – which included undressing him down to the undersuit he wore under his armor – so now the only thing that separated them was the thin material of that undersuit and Slade’s sweatpants. Tim really didn’t like that thought. “What are you doing?” He demanded sharply. “Get off me.” “You wanted to know what I want from you.” Slade reminded him patiently. He rested his other hand on the mattress right next to Tim’s head, having put the gun on the nightstand beside. “How about I show you instead?” Because of the hand on his chin and the rope on his wrists Tim had no way stop Slade when the man leaned down and pressed their lips together. He didn’t do anything stupid like gasp and let Slade slip his tongue between his lips but he didn’t have to – Slade pulled sharply at his chin with enough force to make him part his lips and it was enough. It wasn’t like anything Tim ever experienced before – not like the soft kisses he exchanged with Bernard or make out sessions with Kon. Slade fucked his tongue inside his mouth as if he wanted to devour him. Tim always knew that Slade was so much bigger than him, so much stronger and just… more powerful over all. He would have to be stupid, not to know that – that man was an enhanced mercenary, for fuck’s sake, one of the best there was in the whole world. Tim literally saw him kill a man with a flick of a wrist, snapping his neck like it was nothing. But now, pressed to the bed under his bulk, unable to pull away no matter what he did, it felt so much more evident. He bit down on Slade’s tongue hard enough to draw blood but instead of pulling away the man just grunted, pushing against him more. The hand on his chin moved down and calloused fingers curled around his throat in a threatening hold as the iron taste flooded Tim’s mouth. “Feisty boy.” Slade purred like it was a compliment after what felt like an eternity. He rubbed his thumb against Tim’s lower lip, wiping off a bit of blood that lingered there. “You’ll make sure I won’t get bored, hmm, little bird?
