This candle burns for  SHENEQUE PROCTOR whom died inside the Bessemer City Jail due to negligence of the officers after she complained of problems with her asthma. Sheneque was only 18 yrs old. DO NOT FORGET HER NAME OR ALLOW OTHERS TO LABEL HER A FEMALE VERSION OF A BLACK MAN KILLED. HER LIFE IS IMPORTANT AS ARE THE LIVES OF ALL BLACK WOMEN AND YOUNG GIRLS!!!!

Sheneque Proctor died on November 2, 2014 in the custody of the Bessemer City Jail (Bessemer, AL)
Sheneque was 18 years old. She is survived by her 5-month-old son, Zamaruien Blevins.
