I got a cinnamon roll at the farmers market from this one lady i would sell my soul too
It was a center roll. Just a touch underbaked and doughy. So i was like 'aw gotta toss it :(' because texture/brain. Then. A realization. I know her instagram. So i messaged her like 'hey not an issue dw but can i bake it a bit more' and she responded!! And was like 'oh yeah for this long at this temp im so sorry!!' and i was like really its fine dw have a good night thank you
And likem i baked it a bit more. Its perfect. Success. Couldnt do that with a safeay cinnamon roll

Sprinkles on everything
I made sourdough cinnamon rolls for the first time in like a year. It was going well until I made the glaze and then I messed up and the cream cheese didn’t melt so it’s clumpy and I decided to pour it over the rolls anyway and it looks ugly now :((
Like that doesn’t look appetizing in the least :/
But the glaze did thicken and the cinnamon rolls have some of the Nord spices I just made so I hope they taste good anyway
I've made the world's best cinnamon rolls (according to me) so I'm going to be a good pal and share the recipe with all of you
Not gonna lie I had my doubts while putting the dough together (I am not a beginner baker and thought the dough should have felt different) but in the end the rolls turned out much better than anticipated. So soft and nice and like pillows of warm cinnamon!
By the way, I refuse to put icing on my cinnamon rolls. These are already sweet enough as they are, and to drown them in pure butter and sugar? No thank you. These are just perfect the way they are.
