What do you do to stay in shape? What is your routine at the gym and how often do you go??💃🏻
I’m afraid what I do is remotely enough. I go to the gym twice a week ( 3 times if I have more time) and do mostly treadmill, spinning, elliptical and muscle training. I also walk an average of 5km almost everyday.
