Episode 52: Evolution
Following Judas's sudden retreat after the SGC's attempt to neutralize him, SG-16 gives chase, trying to track him across the galaxy.
They stumble across a hidden lab and discover that Judas has been attempting to perfect Nirrti's technology to produce super-humans. They quickly decide to destroy it, as SG-1 did decades before, however, upon their return to Earth, they begin changing. Somehow the technology affected them and they find themselves mutating rapidly with no idea how to stop it.
Meanwhile, Jennifer Hailey receives a report of the disappearance of Siri Thornton's foster family and orders an investigation, uncovering that Judas kidnapped Stephen and Lin's daughter without anyone realizing. Lin Marks-Natish immediately insists on trying to find Siri, but due to the increasingly dangerous mutations she finds herself trapped on base, unable to help her daughter.
Episode 51: Council of the Mind
With Earth finally committed to the galactic war against Judas, the newly re-assembled SGC scrambles to prepare.
SG-16 is tasked with going through Stephen Thornton's belonging and files to see of there is anything left on Earth that might provide some insight into Judas's plans. They find all of Judas's research into his condition following Stephen's experiments as well as the records from Stephen's fragmented timeline.
With all this information, Lin Marks-Natish has an idea and brings it to Dr. Cassandra Fraiser to see if its possible to use an experimental treatment on Stephen's disorder and stop Judas by getting Stephen back.
Judas, however, does not intend to let Stephen win so easily.
Episode 50: Loyalties
(Formerly "Apprentices" on the timeline)
With most of the members of SG-16 unable to return Earth after breaking the non-interference treaty, the homeless Tauri settle in with various allies.
To keep Teal'c and Kristina busy during their exile, Ry'ac assigns them to train some young Jaffa and to help Ash'mir work through the trauma of her brainwashing.
All this settling in is halted, however, when Judas sends a message to Earth demanding a meeting with the world leaders with the threat of a super-weapon he's developed. The exiled SGC personnel find themselves suddenly recalled to Earth and must decide whether to follow Earth's orders, or to remain with their new peoples.
And they still have no idea what Judas wants from Earth.
Episode 49: Call and Response
Now that he has finished consolidating his power on his conquered planets, Judas contacts the Tok'ra, and the Jaffa, revealing the next card in his hand.
Since the death of Siri and the disappearance of the Jaffa meant to carry her offspring, the line of the Tok'ra has been presumed ended. But now Judas reveals that he has three of the Jaffa still, each carrying an infant symbiote, including Ry'ac's adopted daughter Ash'mir. Pointing out that Earth is no longer willing to help them, he invites the Tok'ra and Jaffa to ally with him instead, promising them the safe return of their missing children if they will only come sit at his negotiating table.
When news of this reaches Earth, old arguments flare up, with the US and Russia insisting that Earth must take action before the Tok'ra and Jaffa ally with Judas, while other nations insist that they stick with the non-interference treaty they've already established. Meanwhile, several members of the SGC are not willing to sit back while old friends are being used as hostages and Judas gets exactly what he wants.
SG-16 and several allies come together to launch an illicit rescue mission, determined to steal Judas's bargaining chips right out of his hands.

Episode 48: Returns
As Earth attempts to withdraw from the galactic theater, the members of the SGC must grapple with what it means for each of them to leave the suspended Stargate Program.
Quietly discharged from the Airforce for her interviews, Kristina Mandrakes elects to leave Earth and join Ry'ac's Jaffa as they deal with the implications of the Tauri's withdrawal and the damage Judas has done to the unity of the Jaffa. Similarly, Lin Marks and Natish withdraw from her liaison position to return to the Tok'ra as they try to regroup. Meanwhile, Major Hermalin struggles with his own reunion with his family now that his secret is out.
At the same time as SG-16 breaks apart, Lionel Gomez finds himself returning to the military when the US Government offers Jessica Gomez a contract as part of the initiative to hire influencers to document the Stargate Program to appease the public. He finds himself out of place in the changed atmosphere and uncomfortable with the direction the US and Earth as a whole has taken when it comes to the larger galaxy.
Episode 47: Negotiation (Part 2)
As tensions prepare to break in the powder keg of the UN, the international negotiations are derailed entirely by the appearance of the Tok'ra and representatives of the Jaffa Nations. Suddenly the international debate had turned into an inter-planetary one between multiple races and no one is getting along. Infighting even among the races themselves presents the largest threat to world peace and Judas is only getting stronger as everyone bickers among themselves.
Things turn violent when someone attempts to bomb the UN, leading to accusations and violence as Teal'c, Ry'ac, Lin Marks and Natish, and Major Hermalin attempt to figure out who is really behind the bombing before everything falls apart entirely.
Meanwhile, Jessica's channel has exploded, hailed by some as the only honest take on the whole issue, and at the same time viciously attacked by others, Lionel Gomez hires a media manager to help his daughter, realizing that this has grown beyond either of them. Pending her arrest for breaking the gag order, Kristina suggests that Jessica interview Cassandra and Tirzah for more varied perspectives to share with the public.
Episode 46: Negotiations (Part 1)
As the world begins to calm, the international debates only heat up. General Jennifer Hailey is summoned to the UN as a representative of the Stargate Program. Similarly, Teal'c accompanies her as the provisional representative of the still fractured Jaffa nations, Lin Marks and Natish come as representatives of the Tok'ra, and Major Hermalin arrives as the resident expert on the Ancients. They are quickly caught up in the bitter debates between nations, struggling to find a way to prevent this from turning into all out war.
Meanwhile, Jessica Gomez continues her discussion of the Stargate Program on her social media, recruiting some friend to help her manage the explosive growth of her channel. Following the interview with her father, she decides to interview Major Mandrakes, who has been assigned the head of the security guarding the Gomez house. Despite the gag order for all military members, Kristina agrees to the interview, seeing the potential in Jessica's approach and hoping that it will help calm the public.
