Protein sequencing

Idk if this was intentional or accidental but Aegon constantly shaking his right arm and leg is a sign of traumatic somatic processing called “sequencing”.
When the mind and body goes through such a traumatic experience, the impact can’t be stored in the body and must go somewhere. In Aegon’s case, when he’s not high off of his mind on milk of the poppy, he’s processing the shock through constant shaking in his right leg and occasionally his right arm.
I know most of it looks like anxiety and frustration, but it would’ve been nice if they made this a consistent movement after his burning.

When toddlers wash their dishes in our Montessori classroom, they’re strengthening hand‑eye coordination, learning sequencing and responsibility, and developing confidence through purposeful, real‑life work. These moments may look simple—but they’re powerful. 💛
Common uses of bioinformatics
💡Sequence analysis Analyzing DNA and protein sequences to identify genes, regulatory regions & mutations.
💡Gene expression Analyzing RNA expression data from experiments like microarrays or RNA-seq to understand gene regulation.
💡Phylogenetics Constructing evolutionary relationships between organisms based on genetic data and genomic comparisons.
💡Molecular modeling Predicting protein structure and docking drugs to proteins using computational modeling and simulation.
💡Databases & Data mining Developing databases like GenBank to store biological data and mining it to find patterns.
💡Genomics Studying entire genomes, including sequencing and assembling genomes as well as identifying genes and genomic variations.

Hi Gina! I don’t know if that has been discussed already. But I was just thinking about how the Harry’s House track listing is sort of laid out to show the timeline of a relationship. Begins with a fun date at a sushi restaurant, ends with becoming the love of his life. There’s wine drinking and long drives and going to the movies. Just thought that was interesting
Yeah, I think we have to remember how intentional H is about sequencing on his albums. So there’s definitely a reason they’re laid out the way they are. My first thought is that it looked like a relationship progression, but I also want to think about it more. The last two songs being boyfriends and then love of my life really stood out for me, though.
