I wanted to test the Decanter version with their premium cuvée. Here is a fine example with this Saint Roman. Choosing premium bottles is never easy. As always the choice is very well made. A fruity and floral nose with hints of vanilla caramel. The palate is rich and fresh. There is a nice minerality and a lot of elegance. I invite you to look at the other photos. The big advantage of this box is to have a folder with product sheets and tasting sheets. It allows you to be able to follow your evolution as a wine enthusiast. J'ai voulu tester la version Décanteur avec leurs cuvée haut de gamme. Voilà un bel exemple avec ce Saint Romain. Choisir des grandes bouteilles ce n'est jamais facile. Comme toujours le choix est très bien fait. Un nez fruité et floral avec des notes de caramel à la vanille. La bouche est riche et fraîche. Il y a une belle minéralité et beaucoup d'élégance. Je vous invite à regarder les autres photos. Le gros avantage de cette box est d'avoir un classeur avec des fiches produits et des fiches dégustations. Ça vous permet de pouvoir suivre votre évolution en tant que passionné du vin.
