(...) He ran, ready for attack. Everything would have given all right if he was fully aware of what happened, but Jason was so worried about running and save Piper that didn't notice when he was hit. Were two arrows, one in his knee and one in his arm. He faltered and fell. Jason couldn't believe what just happened. He wanted to get up, but his mind was spinning and he couldn't. The next scene was fast. He saw Octavian with a wry smile on his face and a spear in his hand. It was coming toward him, and for a moment he thought all was lost, when he saw who entered in front of him.
Reyna.
All fighting stopped. Silence filled the air. Jason looked shocked at the girl in front of him and she smirked at him, before falling on her knees.
"NO!" Jason shouted, before taking strengths and approach her.
He withdrew the spear in one swift movement, which made the girl gasp once. He held her.
"No, Reyna, no, you didn't did it for me."
She was weak, her eyes almost closed, but managed to smile slightly.
"That's what makes one praetor, Jason Grace. Defends those who... "She stopped. Eyes fixed on Jason.
And then said no more.
"No, no, NO!" Yelled Jason, and embraced the completely limp body of the girl, holding her head on his shoulder with one hand and the other on her back, in the place that the spear was reached. Jason pressed his eyes tightly.
She hadn't finished the sentence, but he knew exactly what was the end: "Defends those who love."

Okay, I just saw this post (x) and get a little inspired. I'm really sorry for my incredible bad english, but this is the best I can do... Anyways, I love ryuuringo art, and I just wanted to write something. Okay, bye.
From the second I saw ryuuringo's drawing of Nico and Hazel in Christmas gear, I immediately wanted to knit Nico's adorable hat. I asked permission and as soon as I got it, I went to work developing the pattern. It took about 12 hours and 6 different drafts before I finally figured it out. I wasn't originally going to knit it this quickly but I've had a lot of personal stuff going on these past few days and just really needed something for me, and knitting also helps keep my mind busy. I really want to thank ryuuringo for the amazing art and inspiration, as well as the permission to knit it. I might post the knitting chart and instructions later if I can get my external hard drive to work again. :/
