1. How many words have you written this year?

So far, I've written 140,759 words. I'm hoping to post a few more things before the end of the year, though, so that number will hopefully be a bit higher by the time I post my year-end fic wrap.

3. What work are you most proud of (regardless of kudos/hits)?

Definitely "To Call Myself Beloved," which was written for Truffyfest. The prompt just called to me, and I'm beyond pleased with how it turned out. Luffy loving Law unabashedly, Law struggling with being loved, the Hearts being supportive besties, and even a return to Swallow Island. Love it.

Right behind that would be "A Fleeting Moment (When the Sun Can Kiss the Moon)," which was an original fairy tale I wrote for Lawlu Week. (Sun and moon symbolism, be still my heart.) It's different from any of the fic I've written, but I'm super into fairy tales (I wrote fractured fairy tales for my undergraduate thesis and wrote about feminist retellings for my master's thesis). It was fun to bring that interest into my fic!

12. How many WIP’s do you have in your docs for next year?

My only WIPs are the next chapters of my ongoing fics (4) and a couple of Dark Rise things I've started. I know some people have documents for ideas they want to write eventually, but I don't make a document until I actually plan to start writing. Everything is just swimming in my brain XD

Technically the last thing I wrote was on my old laptop that crashed. Here's the last sentence I wrote that survives from my Percico fanfic Legacy.

foxfireflamequeen is a great person to talk to if you want an honest answer. It doesn’t always come out pretty, but of all the people I know, if I ever want an answer that isn’t sugar-coated, I go to her <3 I go to her for birdflash things or MakoRin things and she points out inconsistencies in my stories, so it helps me a lot as a writer <3 

shushu712 actually knit me a hat for christmas! ;u; she’s really sweet and I’m glad we’re friends ahaha <3 she’s a pretty cool person who ships(shipped?) Jasico too and is really chill to talk to, so I like her <’8

joker-ace BREATHES DOWN UR NECK  A REALLY GREAT ARTIST; we met thru bonerbending (true story bruh) and hit it off pretty well. She’s a huge dork and i’m breathin down her neck 

betsib is fun!! We’ve been talking on and off throughout the week and she is one of the best jasico writers that I’ve gotten to know. We actually chatted about possibly RPin it in the near future, ahaha

unprofessionalamber is my beta! She’s always there for a good peptalk and handles my silliness pretty well, too. I like talking to her a lot and I can’t believe we hit the year mark on being friends already <3
