November brings shorter days, colder winds, and soon... THE KRAMPUS CHALLENGE!!! @cincy.rwb.team & @queencityruckingcrew bring you the 4th annual Krampus Challenge! Here's the deal: Between 4AM EST on Black Friday and 12 midnight EST on Krampusnacht, log 25 miles Rucked AND complete the Travis Manion WOD. Miles can be logged all at once or spread out between the 25th and the 4th, but you can't count miles or do the WOD BEFORE the start time on Black Friday and you have to be finished with the miles AND the WOD by midnight on Krampusnacht. The Travis Manion WOD is 7 rounds of a 400 meter Ruck and 29 Squats. The WOD distance counts toward your overall miles. Participants will be eligible to purchase the Krampus Challenge patch for $10. A portion of the sale of each patch will be donated to Sweet Cheeks Diaper Bank, a local organization that partners with local social service agencies to provide free diapers to low-income families while raising awareness of the basic health need for diapers. Sweet Cheeks' vision is to eliminate the existence of diaper need in our community so that all babies have a chance to be healthy, happy, and safe. But wait, there's more: The first person who submits a date/time stamped image from their tracking app/phone or watch verifying they finished their 25 miles FIRST will receive a one of a kind GRAY bordered variant patch! Again, mileage must be verified for distance and time via a screenshot (if you're breaking up the miles, screenshots of all distances adding up to 25 miles will need to be included). Screenshots should be sent via fb Messenger to me (message this account for info). If you want a patch, don't delay as there are a limited number available. Patches are $10 via PayPal (Friends and Family), contact me for the PayPal address.
