Jason Burgess (dad to Jim) aka Jas, a new gr8ful Associate. . I first met Jas through my hubby Si and I see him regularly training at the track when I take my kids to train. I love getting to know people and I was amazed to discover Jas is a World Champion! . Let me tell you a bit about him... . Jas is a retired boxer (Midlands lightweight champion) & he played football in the senior league. A few games for Leek town Buxton Telford. . His recent achievements are... OCR World champion VET won in Canada OCR European champion 2018 VET won in Denmark OCR World champion 2018 won in London I came 4th in 2021 in the Spartan world Championships in Abu Dhabi VET . He as also won all of the men’s health survival of the fittest races (Open) Edinburgh/Nottingham/Manchester/Cardiff/London & winning a number of the rat races OCR. . Wow - what an incredibly talented athlete, he certainly understands commitment and dedication. . OCR - stands for - Obstacle Course Racing, yes I was stupid enough to ask him! .
