The KTO Rosomak is a Polish 8x8 armored vehicle, used by Poland and Ukraine 🇺🇦. Based of Finnish Patria Amv hull, it offers mobility and firepower.
With a base weight of 22 tons (up to 26 with extra armor), the Rosomak is agile for an Apc. Perfect for Ukraine's tough terrain, it ensures rapid maneuvers.
The Finnish 🇫🇮 Patria Amv hull has modular armor resisting bullets and shrapnel. It can be upgraded against mines and ieds, with options for active protection systems.
Rosomak base version months the Italian Hitfist-30P turret by Leonardo 🇮🇹, with a 30mm Atk Mk44 cannon and 7.62 machine gun. Effective against infantry and light vehicles.
Recent version use the Polish ZSSW-30 remote controlled turret with a 30mm cannon and a spike-Lr missiles. Lethal against tanks!
The Rosomak's Spike-LR missiles can take out tanks, like the Tow missiles on a Bradley that destroyed a Russian T-72 in Ukraine. Anti-tank power!
Powered by a Scania Dl12 diesel engine (480/543 hp), it hits 100km/h on roads and is amphibious. Ideal for Ukraine's varied terrain.
Ukraine 🇺🇦 ordered 200 Rosomak's. Deliveries began in 2023, mainly with Hitfist turret.
