Ingredients: 1 cup sliced mushrooms. 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 clove garlic, minced. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Add chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
