Completed my Virtuous Contract from NieR Automata! All hand built & sculpted from scratch. No 3D printed parts. With a 1/2″ hickory wooden blade, resin casted handguard & pommel, and cotton tsukamaki wrap & tassel. And measures up to almost 53″.

Working on Star Wars, the trooper helmets we do are engineered pieces of art. Linking and screwing together perfectly with locators and pegs. So it’s nice to throw back to the old school, this is a vac formed RS props helmet I did, replicated to match a used and cracked HDPE ANH helmet.
