Why do we find it so hard to say sorry??? π₯ . It's either pain or fear.....ππ§ . When we apologise, we have to accept responsibility for our part in the conflict and that isn't always easy. π£ . If are expecting the other person to apologise, we are suggesting that we are right which means we have to make them wrong. Who likes being wrong? π€ . The toughest part is owning it and being up front about our contribution to the conflict. π . It's easy to get caught up in the moment and continue with the conflict. π‘ . When we catch ourselves in an emotional state that we know isn't resolving the issue, stepping back and really thinking about how we're feeling and why we're feeling that way can assist with resolving the conflict.
