DUMP has instated a rule that wolf shifters are strictly forbidden from rearing their children with dog commands as discipline, after it became a trend for parents to do it as a joke.
This is not to prevent any form of child abuse, this is because the non magic government kept getting involved in shifters lives after non-covert humans called the police on them to report child abuse and neglect, thinking parents were treating their children like animals. DUMP had to interfere every time and memory wipe everyone involved and it was just such a terrible headache.
