Bendy Behemoth by gio

AU Sophie taking a seat, enjoying nature while enormous! Looks like something got her attention... In her most recent adventures, Sophie went from reflexively transforming into whatever she imagines herself as, to being the size of a kaiju, and for now, she's enjoying the change, or lack thereof! Sure, being gigantic is awkward and often inconvenient, but it beats changing into whatever stupid form Phoebe suggests as a prank. There's also a solitude and peace to it, the feeling of being truly alone, and also completely unfazed by the threats the world usually offers, both due to size and stretchiness, is something Sophie's enjoying as well! The fact that she knows she will eventually be able to shrink back down makes it much easier to enjoy this time alone, as well - her body is still "cramped" from how hard she pushed her size-changing ability a couple days ago, but she is already starting to feel better! She hasn't tried to shrink back down, however; she'll stay this size for as long as she's out enjoying the Ontario wilderness. Even chunks of the Niagara Escarpment serve her well as makeshift park benches! But what's that behind her? Gio was simply doodling Sophie poses when she landed on the sitting pose that became this piece, and while the normal-size version turned out really well, I asked her to turn it into a giant-size version and she MORE than delivered with this beautiful scene around Sophie! I really need to see what she can do with backgrounds more often, because I think it's a very under-represented part of her true skill set! Hope you enjoy! ~ Bonkie

Torn Taur by AstroInfinite

For AU Sophie, mutilation is only momentary, though she does look whole without her rear section... Since her mutation into a quadrupedal form, Sophie has gotten somewhat used to it, but never exactly. Holly has been extremely supportive, especially helpful from another extra-limbed mutant, but it's fundamentally different for Sophie than it is for Holly, who essentially just has and upgraded ability to manipulate the world, while Sophie has more space she needs to negotiate. Extremely improved stability while standing, extra traction, and of course, more limbs to stretch, are all obvious benefits, for sure, but sometimes Sophie wishes she could simplify her anatomy down to the way it used to be. Being sliced in half by a psychokinetic energy blast is not what she had in mind, though! being essentially whole by human standards, while also watching her lower half extend "mushy" tendrils of malleable meat to reattach itself, acts as a reminder to Sophie of her new lifestyle and how her otherwise extremely convenient stretching, morphing, and healing powers all keep bringing her back to this inconvenient state, no matter how much she is distorted or dismembered. Obviously there are worse problems to get worked up about, but still... I was surprised by this comm by AstroInfinite as a gift from Etheman, and I love how it turned out! He really enjoyed my previous take on Sophie as a humantaur, and he wanted to see her regenerating from extreme damage in the amorphous way she does in the AU. I love that she's pissed off at the whole scenario, and I love that Astro added some bend to her arms as a stretchy detail - really I'm just supremely thankful to both Astro and E for this one! Rubbery Regeneration by Longius

AU Sophie's "mushy" physiology makes her extremely resilient, even to lethal-looking damage! One consistent thing I have across the AU versions of Sophie, is that she's not structured internally like she is in the canon story. In the canon, she's more or less a rubbery, cartilaginous version of a human, with more connective tissue holding her together. In the AU, she's more or less a pile of stretchy meat with a face and hair, which has intentionally vague rules about how exactly she works, to give me room to play with more out-there ideas. But as a result, her insides are pretty simple! Her cells are largely undifferentiated, so like a sponge or a hydrozoan, she is extremely resilient to injury, and in the AU scenarios where she's able to morph, there's no functional difference between being "injured" and molded into a different shape forcefully - "injury" just means having a hole in her, which she can usually already accomplish with her morphing abilities anyway, so it isn't really injury in that case, is it? In these scenarios, "healing" is much the same as simply morphing back to normal shape, as shown here! Etheman commissioned Longius to make this piece for me, off a story idea he's working on where Sophie fights a very impolite psychokinetic who can punch holes in her from a distance! Per his wishes, Sophie ended up taller and more curvy here than she usually is, but again, she's a polymorph in the AU, so no biggie! Longius did a great job conveying how her body "pulls itself together" like goo, or mycelium, or something like that. And of course I love hoe cute he makes Sophie in his style! :) Hope you enjoy! ~ Bonkie

Stretchy Sweaters by Noah-Wave

Karen has figured out how to make sweater-like stretchy suits for winter! Sophie's doubtful but she's coming around to it! Noah-Wave was inspired by Fantastic Four: First Steps and wanted to try out the sweater style, and I really like the result! I also like the super short Sophie he drew - she's very friend-shaped :) Hope you enjoy! ~ Bonkie

Flexible Four-Legger

I drew AU Sophie as a Humantaur, for some reason. Enjoy! AU Sophie has a highly malleable, or as she puts it, "mushy" physiology, and this makes her more able to deform and transform without any health complications, but this also makes her easier to mutate. Through some circumstances, Sophie has been mutated to grow an extra pair of legs! At first she had to deal with a lot of horse jokes, and she basically had to re-learn how to walk, but until then, her stretchy body gave her some options. She could simply carry her back legs like giving herself a piggyback ride, or walk with one pair of legs at a time, like a human inchworm, but eventually she figured things out, and even got somewhat nimble with her altered body! Sophie would never have asked to become a quadruped, but it definitely grew on her (pun intended)! This was just a dumb idea I wanted to try, since I was thinking about extra-limb arrangements and realized that the only 4-legged arrangement that made much sense to me was the Humantaur arrangement, but also realized it would be even more workable with stretchy powers (but then again, so are most body shapes)! I got fixated on the idea for a while, and I am especially proud of the leaping pose! I didn't mean for this to align with the Year of the Horse; just a funny coincidence! I also tried a new shading technique for this one, and while I don't think I nailed, it, I think it was a good first try! Hope you enjoy! ~ Bonkie

Exasperating Enormity by RedcapRuby

Sophie might have figured out a way to shrink down after her kaiju battle with Vicky earlier, but that doesn't mean she's got her new size completely under control! ---- Story excerpt from AU Shenanigans: Making it Big to be filled in later... ---- I saw this YCH comm post by RedcapRuby and I thought the body type fit Sophie perfectly, and the timing (right after I posted Kaiju Contest) was perfect, so I snagged this one for Sophie! Ruby captured her likeness super well, and it's fun to see Sophie in size-related situations, especially since she has her stretchiness to compensate for their drawbacks. In the Re-Flex AU continuity, she's never quite stable physically, and this was another chance to put her in a fun and awkward transformation situation! I originally asked for her tail to be visible behind her, but after seeing the piece, it made sense that her tail isn't visible from this angle. But you can imagine what it's doing back there! Mostly being big and holding up traffic, probably. Hope you enjoy! ~ Bonkie
