to start off we must first understand what it means to rampage. what rampaging ISNT, is ranting about ur desires. rampaging is claiming in every way that u can think to say it, that all of ur desires are yours with authority.

start with one desire at a time. i dont recommend rampaging about all ur desires all at once bcuz me personally, i find it hard to focus on all the things at once and i prefer to pour into one at a time bcuz it just feels more thorough but if u can't relate then just ignore that lol.

focus in on one desire at a time -> deciding NOW that everything is conforming (command) -> repetition, keep going until you feel satisfied

it doesn't have to be out loud if u dont want it to be, for me i like to rampage out loud bcuz if i do it in my head then it just feels like affirming cuz i never affirm out loud

Ok so a lil backstory and why this is so huge for me:

I've realised that I had a shitty self concept regarding to making this team win and it was hard for me to believe I can do anything to make us win. BASICALLY IT SEEMED IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME BEFORE but what made this belief even worse is that I tried making this team win before too. I affirmed like crazy back then but didn't make them win and I was really disappointed. I thought I did everything I had in me back then. Today the SAME team was playing again and I WAS NOT ABOUT TO FEEL THAT DISAPPOINTED EVERRRR AGAIN. IDC WHAT IT IS IN THIS LIFE TIME. ILL NEVER BE DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I CREATE AND CHANGE.

That "defeat" fueled me to such a degree that I was NOT willing to let them lose again. Oh baby nahhh. This time while affirming, there was so much frustration, anger and hopelessness but I didn't care cos affirming and changing MYSELF was the last resort and I KNOW IT HAD TO HAPPEN. Also, I think anger is one of THE BEST emotion/motivation to get ur manifestations♡ RAMPAGE BITCHES‼️

I affirmed and ignored the 3d even when they were showing the win %tage as 87 vs 13. 13 was my teams winning %tage💀. It was like that for a solid hour and the people in my gc LITERALLY switched teams thinking they'll lose BUT NOT ME BITCH. YOURE GONNA SEE ME WIN AND RUB IT IN UR FAKEASS FACE, ofc i did rub it in later & I roasted tf outta them at the end and It felt so good🤭

Even when the win percentage for my team was less than 10% I DIDNT CARE. I kept affirming and was in a shabbat state. Actually feeling and visualing(accidental lol, I'm a daydreamer to my core) everything I would do when we win. I thought about all the conversations I'd say to those people who thought their whack team is gonna win AND GUESS WHAT! I SAID THE SAME WORDS, WORD TO WORD and I felt so fulfilled.
