While I work on my animated short film called Psychedelic Bones, I figured you guys could ask the characters some questions as well as myself!
For my characters, you can ask them questions about their interests, hobbies, etc. Info about them, and this project, can be found here! Once a question is asked, I will draw a reply from the character or characters asked!
For me, try to keep to questions about either Psychedelic Bones or about any other things you want to know, such as other projects or Ocs! (I won't answer any personal questions, sorry)

☆ Meet Rattlejaw, the main protagonist! He was resurrected by an evil necromancer, yet after an incident, he got separated from the necromancer's control. Rattlejaw is very optimistic and compassionate, always willing to lend a hand where he's needed. However, he struggles with change and worries with self-doubt. (VA Headcanon: Brendan Blaber)
☆ Meet Styx, the secondary protagonist. They are a genderfluid bat creature with shapeshifting abilities. They live out in the woods alone and hardly socialize. Though Styx is normally grumpy and cautious, their positive and curious side tends to appear at times (mostly thanks to Rattlejaw :3). (VA Headcanon: Gianni Matragrano)
☆ Meet Bramble, a side protagonist. (I won't go into their backstory here as it will be shown in the storyboarded pilot!!) Bramble is an agender young pumpkin creature who is extremely naive and curious about the world (kinda similar to Rattlejaw). However, they struggle with dealing with intense emotions, which causes them to react impulsively due to being overwhelmed. (VA Headcanon: Dani Chambers)
(The villains of this story are currently being developed and will have their own info sheets later on!)

I'm looking for some advice. Although I've posted some art for Psychedelic Bones, I've been worried about posting more because I'm worried someone will steal my idea and characters. I've been putting my signature/@ symbol on my art for a while now, but I still feel like someone will steal my art. Does anyone have any advice that could help prevent art theft and prevent my idea from being stolen? I really want to make Psychedelic Bones into an actual story, but I'm worried someone will steal that story from me. I've poured my heart and soul into this thing, I don't want someone to rip that away from me and make it their own. If you have any advice, I would love to hear it ❤️
I don't normally post about my feelings on here, but there's something I've been wanting to get off my chest for a while now. TW for a slight vent about my art and my passion project, Psychedelic Bones.
I'm worried I won't start Psychedelic Bones, and I'm worried no one will see it or even care. I've put so much of my heart into these characters, and I've been coming up with a plot that I've grown very attached to. But I'm worried about starting it. I'm scared that no one will see it, and I just wasted my time. I'm not wanting to make something as grand as or as popular as Hazbin Hotel or The Amazing Digital Circus, I just want someone, anyone, to see it once it's finished. But I'm worried that won't happen, that I just wasted my time making something no one cares about. Also, I've been lacking motivation to even start the storyboarded pilot. I feel like time is slipping away from me and if I don't start this thing now, I never will. But my hands and my mind just won't work and I can't find the passion to get up and draw anymore. I've been drawing for others for a while now, but hardly for me. I'm just scared, exhausted, and worried. I want to make this into an actual show. I'm just so tired...

For the past few months, I've been planning an idea for an animated pilot called Psychedelic Bones. The plot is: After being resurrected by an evil necromancer, a skeleton is trying to return to his grave with the help of a bat monster and a little pumpkin creature. This story is in the fantasy/action/horror genre and will be aimed at a teen/young adult audience with vibes reminiscent of The Owl House, Hellaween, Over the Garden Wall, Beetle and the Hollowbones, Mystery Skulls, Villainous, and Will Wood and the Tapeworms! (Spooky vibes galore! :D)
This project will take a LONG time to be made since I will be drawing it traditionally on paper then digitizing it by myself (It might take a year or even longer 😬). I'm also planning on voice acting it myself! HOWEVER, the pilot will NOT be fully animated and will be a storyboard/animatic (since I've never animated before 😅). Also, AI WILL NEVER BE USED FOR ANY OF MY PROJECTS OR ART. EVER. I DESPISE AI.
The pilot WILL NOT end up as the first episode IF it gets turned into an actual series (THAT IS A MAJOR AND UNLIKELY IF). The pilot will mainly be used to introduce the main characters, a bit of the world/plot, and the general mood of the story. I have a VERY hard time staying motivated on projects so PLEASE BEAR WITH ME on the progress of this thing, it will take a long while.
It WILL NOT be a huge or incredible pilot with a big team behind it. It's just me, my pencils, and little idea of what I'm doing. The pilot will be very simple and not that long (what I mean is, don't get your hopes too high 😅).
I might upload progress shots and art of the characters here and there, but I figured I'd announce this during this big day for me. I can't wait to start working on this and to show you guys these goofy characters I've made! This story means a lot to me since I've been developing it in my head for a very long time. I WILL still be posting other art on here and will be as active as I can be :)
It won't be perfect. Heck, it might not even be that good... I just want to make something, share my characters, and maybe one day, some random person will watch the pilot and be inspired to draw... like I was. I can't wait to share this with you all, no matter how long it takes. I hope you all enjoy it. ❤

I'm curious about Rattlejaw (love that name btws), what is role in the story besides being the main character
That's a good question! Rattlejaw is mainly the catalyst for the downfall of this story's antagonist as well as the heart of the main trio (Rattlejaw, Styx, and Bramble). Once the main trio of protagonists are together, Rattlejaw will act as a temporary father figure to Bramble and will emotionally support Styx! Styx has a lot of trauma, and Rattlejaw will try to comfort them. Rattlejaw and Styx may also end up together?? 👀 I'm not sure yet, I'm still developing the overall story as well as the ending. Overall, Rattlejaw will act as the emotional support in the trio and will assist Styx in taking down the story's antagonist. Rattlejaw's backstory will also be tackled, and he will become a more layered character!
