The Magic Stuff: Sean has been chosen to spend millennia ferrying dead souls across the river once he dies, so he’d rather like to stay alive. Mason is a human who buries himself in his job at the Dust Management Office for the fae. 

The Non-Magic Stuff: Desiree struggles with the knowledge that her soul mate’s disease could kill her if she becomes infected. Saoirse is attacked in the street and can’t decide whether she'd be better protected by destroying all weapons or having scarier ones of her own. 

Changes Since Last Update:

1. I will most likely not be including drawings. It turns out that I’m...not too keen on drawing.

2. Two character names have changed: Rai became Nayara, and Jon became Jason. Hektor was a close second choice for his name.

3. Gender has been flipped on its head. That is all.

4. The tales of Chesa, Mason, Hiro and Desiree have become about 20% spoopier. Oops.

Hi, and welcome to the blog for my current project!

To explain, I am a big fan of the podcast The Magnus Archives. Sadly, at the time of my original listen, I got through… maybe 3-4 seasons, I forget exactly where (doesn’t help that my listening app redid the seasons). Things happened in my life, and I had to drop listening. Fast forward years later, and I’m getting back into podcasts. I see the Magnus Archives, and is like “I never did finish this”, and decided… WHY NOT?

Since it’s been so long, I decided to start from the beginning. As well, I’m an artist, so decided to draw during this. I’m using one of my older OCs, which was originally birthed while I was listening to the Magnus Archives, Eye-Deku (yes, I love MHA too lol).

So here is the idea for the project: every time I listen to an episode, I draw a picture with ED. At some point, I will finally get to new episodes, and continue drawing as well. And as well, when I finally reach the sequel series The Magnus Protocol, plan is to continue the project with that.

While I do have a Bluesky account that I also post on, I am also posting my Hazbin fanart/comics there, I wanted something dedicated to my project that I can post timely and more in line with when I listen. I may even put thoughts separately from art, but no promises lol.

The main project I want to be working on now is an extension for vs code to allow users to add a small aquarium to their side bar in the vs code window.

The code will be stored publically in this git repo.

04 Visualising the Redefinition Of The City As We Know

Description on the project and the explorations made.

This project focuses on modernizing the symbology of the Universal Rider-Waite Tarot deck to make it more accessible to beginners.  The meanings used in the Rider-Waite deck were analyzed, and symbology related to each of the meanings was brainstormed and chosen based on the artist’s research and intuition.  These symbols were then sketched out in many iterations before a final design was chosen and inked.  From there, the final sketches were scanned and colored digitally before being printed out.  Descriptions of each card explaining the choice of symbolism were written and printed to accompany the final cards printed.  The goal is to continue this process and create a full 78-card tarot deck based on the Rider-Waite deck that has symbology more easily recognized by beginners, so that they have an easier time relating the meaning of the cards to the symbology depicted.
