i don't want to give up though....... but i'm getting bored so..

CodyWan (pre-relationship?) talking about names and languages etc.

It's just the two of them, maybe working on datawork or something together, or maybe post-war

Obi-Wan asks about Cody's name - his is a fairly normal name, for whatever metric that can be measured, whereas most Clones have more... unusual names. (He finds a nicer way to say this)

Cody explains that actually, Cody isn't his first name. (first as in... the name he got first, not as in given name or whatever nat-borns call it) - His... real name, for lack of a better term, is Kote, the Mando'a word for 'glory'. But maybe Nat-borns heard it as Cody? and that was easier to say for most people, and didn't have anyone thinking he was a jackass thinking himself glorious in like. a self-centered, self-righteous way. Or something. So he went with it, and now that's what most people call him. (His batch kinda switch between Cody and Kote, depending on who's around, what they're talking about etc.)

Obi-Wan, of course, is nice about the whole thing. He tries it out, Kote, and asks which he would prefer.

When around others, it's probably best to stick with Cody, especially around nat-borns, but... but when it's just the two of them, or when they're with people they typically don't bother with titles around... he'd prefer Kote. He doesn't mind Cody, chose himself to use that mostly, but... but Kote is his name.

Anya explains a little about her relationship with her parents because Frank asks about her name while they're cuddling.

She helps him pronounce her Polish given name Kesja. He's terrible at it.

a pretty good day on the art front! i've taken to writing down whenever i sit down/get up from my desk, and its succeeding in giving me a better idea of how long i work.

1st) i made serious progress on 'lost soul' fanart! no sneaks peeks for y'all (*≧ω≦*) i wanna make 1 post w/ multiple pages!! (๑•̀∀<)و✧

2nd) then i went back to this rough sketch from feb!

and turned it into this WIP

its supposed to be ingo in the tall grass intensely looking for pokemon to catch. this is a nice rough color stage (night scene ✔️ ) but im a little unsure about it... might need to hunt down some style inspiration and maybe add tangela or lady sneasler to the left side??

i got a lot of submas roughs from feburary and march, and i think it would be really cool to do a whole 'leave no man behind' approach and finish all of them, but i might be dreaming too big. Maybe I'll do this again were at the end of the night I pull 1 old idea out give it an hr of love. Anyway
