A tasty change from the usual sandwich is these Reuben sliders on pretzel rolls. You can serve them at parties or as a fun snack.

Ingredients: 12 mini pretzel rolls. 1 pound corned beef, thinly sliced. 1 cup sauerkraut, drained. 12 slices Swiss cheese. 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing. 2 tablespoons butter, melted. 1 teaspoon caraway seeds. Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Cut the pretzel rolls in half horizontally and lay them on a baking sheet. Spread a layer of Thousand Island dressing on the bottom half of each roll. Layer a slice of Swiss cheese, a few slices of corned beef, and a spoonful of sauerkraut on each roll. Top with another slice of Swiss cheese and the other half of the pretzel roll. Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with caraway seeds. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. Serve your Reuben sliders warm and enjoy!

Salt and pepper to taste. 1 large cabbage, shredded. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 tbsp Dijon mustard. 1 tbsp white wine vinegar. 1 tsp sugar. 1/2 tsp celery seeds. 8 pretzel rolls, sliced.

Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. To make the BBQ sauce, put diced garlic, honey, apple cider vinegar, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them together. Use some of the BBQ sauce to baste the pork ribs and bratwurst sausages while they're cooking on the grill. The sausages and ribs should be cooked and nicely charred for about 15 to 20 minutes, turning them over and basting them with the sauce every now and then. To make the coleslaw, put the celery seeds, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, and shreds of cabbage in a different bowl. On the grill, toast the rolls for a few minutes until they turn golden brown. Put the grilled bratwurst sausages and ribs on the pretzel rolls and top them with the sour coleslaw. Enjoy with your favorite Oktoberfest beer.

Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C. Cut the pretzel rolls in half and make small holes in the top and bottom of each half to make room for the. Put the olive oil in a pan and heat it over medium-low heat. Put in the sliced red onion and cook for three to four minutes, until it gets soft. Put the pulled pork in the pan and mix in the BBQ sauce. Add two to three more minutes and cook until everything is hot. Use the BBQ pulled pork mixture to fill the pretzel rolls that have been hollowed out. Put a slice of Brie cheese on top of each roll. Put the stuffed pretzel rolls on a baking sheet and heat the oven to 350F. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the rolls are warm all the way through. Spread honey on top of every stuffed roll. Add some fresh cilantro leaves as a garnish. Serve right away and enjoy!
