This year’s bûche de noel for my in-laws! Chocolate ladyfingers lightly spritzed with a kirschwasser syrup, semisweet chocolate ganache and raspberry mousse. Pine cones are chocolate, flowers are royal icing.

I’m thinking I should post cakes I do at work more often! Here’s two big boy wedding cakes from this week, both going to the same event.
All buttercream except a few of the dragees, and the monogram and roses which are royal icing.
