BANG BANG UR DEAD SOLO AGAIN BC I BELIEVE IN THE SACRED ART OF PLAYING SOMETHING TO DEATH UNTIL U GET IT RIGHT
Practice Diary (6/23/24)
Worked on the Exposition of Beethoven’s Piano Sonata No. 5 in C Minor (Op. 10, No. 1) today. I am happy with how it’s coming along. :~)
(Randon pic) I’m having a rough start with my plans. I’ve been unable to even keep up the pace I had until last week. It’s true that balancing the requirements of my pg program (not in music!) and my violin practice and still be able to have a life outside it will never be trivial. But I’m feeling terrified about how much I need to accomplish this year. I keep trying to find the perfect balance, and usually it start with setting time goals. Ideally I should be able to deliver solid 9 to 10 hours of work, six days a week, sleep 8 hours every night and still have time to enjoy some video games and watch animes, have quality time with my gf. Tomorrow, as people say, is another day. Tomorrow I’m going to try again.
Practice Diary
Again, I learned a different song instead of learning “And All Things Will End”, this time “Living In A Dream” by Finger Eleven.
“Living In A Dream” is so incredible fun to play, it’s probably my favorite guitar song out of all songs I played this year!
But now it’s time to focus on Avenged Sevenfold again (I’m curious which song I will learn next instead of learning that one).

Day t h r e e of practice? Is this real?
Usual b flat major scale, and Crusaders as a short piece. Played a piece that I've been playong since grade seven, the almightly Shackleford Banks. Got it in grade seven, didn't have it grade 8, played it in nine and apparently we're playing it this year? Sure. I can dig it, as the kids would say.
I looked over Mama Mia, tried to play it with the actual song, gave up after five seconds.
I have my first rehearsal for the year tomorrow, which means I'm going to badger the bd for a chance at the oboe again. Wish me luck!

Née au milieu de ce torrent Mais cette étrange mélodie Passa, rapide comme un son. Par les flots la robe alourdie Bientôt dans l'abîme profond; Entraîna la pauvre insenée Laissant à peine commencée Sa mélodieuse chanson.
