Yoga saved me in many ways. β β When I was working two jobs and around 60+ hours a week, it was a one-hour Saturday yoga class that soothed me. β β When I was battling negative body image issues and dysmorphia, it was yoga that helped me accept and respect my body and its capabilities. β β When I was fed up with being overworked, underpaid, and undervalued, it was yoga where I heard Spirit speak and say "it's time to think bigger". β β Yoga helped me breatheβ Yoga helped me relax β Yoga helped me explore β Yoga helped me connect deeper with myself. β β After a year of disconnect, my spirit craved yoga once again. I even tried to complete Yoga Teacher Training. Even though that's not my path right now, yoga continues to fill my spirit. β β And this season, I am dedicated to having a more consistent, loving, and solid practice. β β What does your joyful movement practice look like?
