Pizza Pot Pie is a tasty and comforting take on regular pizza. It has all of your favorite pizza toppings baked in a pot with a golden, flaky crust. Pizza lovers will love this comfort food.
Ingredients: 2 pizza dough balls. 1 cup marinara sauce. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni. 1/2 cup sliced black olives. 1/2 cup diced bell peppers. 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms. 1/2 cup sliced onions. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh basil leaves for garnish optional.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. Divide the pizza dough balls into 2/3 and 1/3 portions, with the smaller portion for the 'lid'. Roll out the larger portion of dough and line a greased, oven-safe pot or ramekin with it, leaving some overhang. Layer the sliced pepperoni, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, black olives, bell peppers, mushrooms, and onions over the dough. Season with dried oregano, garlic powder, red pepper flakes if desired, salt, and pepper. Pour the marinara sauce over the ingredients. Roll out the smaller portion of dough and use it to cover the pot, sealing the edges by pressing them together with the overhanging dough. Brush the top with olive oil and make a small slit in the center to allow steam to escape. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!

A delightful twist on traditional pizza, this Pizza Pot Pie is a savory deep-dish treat that's perfect for pizza lovers. It's filled with all your favorite pizza toppings and baked to perfection in a flaky crust.
Ingredients: 1 pizza dough. 1 cup pizza sauce. 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni. 1/2 cup sliced black olives. 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper. 1/2 cup diced onion. 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 egg for egg wash.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C. Make a circle out of the pizza dough that is big enough to fit a deep-dish pie pan. Not all the way to the edges of the pie pan, but press the dough into it. In this order, put the toppings inside the dough: pepperoni, black olives, green bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, dried oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes if you want. Put the pizza sauce on top of the other things. To make a crust, fold the extra dough over the top of the pie. For a golden finish, beat the egg and brush it over the crust. Grate some Parmesan cheese on top of the crust. After the oven is hot, bake the pie for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly. Wait a few minutes before cutting it up and serving it. Have fun with your tasty Pizza Pot Pie!

A delicious and comforting twist on traditional pizza, Pizza Pot Pie combines all your favorite pizza ingredients baked in a pot with a flaky, golden crust. It's the ultimate comfort food for pizza lovers.
Ingredients: 2 pizza dough balls. 1 cup marinara sauce. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni. 1/2 cup sliced black olives. 1/2 cup diced bell peppers. 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms. 1/2 cup sliced onions. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh basil leaves for garnish optional.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C. Split the pizza dough balls in half, then in thirds. Save the smaller piece for the "lid." Spread out the bigger piece of dough and use it to line an oven-safe pot or ramekin that has been greased. Leave some extra dough on the edges. Pepperoni slices, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, black olives, bell peppers, mushrooms, and onions should be stacked on top of the dough. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes if you like. Cover the food with the marinara sauce. The smaller piece of dough should be rolled out and used to cover the pot. The edges should be sealed by pressing them together with the extra dough. Apply olive oil to the top and cut a small hole in the middle to let the steam escape. Put it in an oven that has already been heated for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling starts to bubble. Take it out of the oven, let it cool a bit, and if you want, top it with fresh basil leaves. Enjoy while hot!

I tried this recipe for Pizza PotPie that was shared on TikTok. Lets say, I won't make it again. It was ok! Very messy to flip in the bowl & not something to make for a family of 5. I rather make a regular Pizza! . . . #recipe #pizzapotpie https://www.instagram.com/p/CH_g3-PnNro/?igshid=k5pybp6e2lz5
