Use your air fryer to make tasty pita pizzas for a quick and healthy meal. These pita pizzas are perfect for a Blessed Homemaker because they are full of fresh vegetables and cheese that melts in your mouth.
Ingredients: 2 whole wheat pita bread. 1/2 cup pizza sauce. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers. 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms. 1/4 cup sliced black olives. 1/4 cup sliced red onions. 1/4 cup sliced cherry tomatoes. 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 375F 190C. Set the whole wheat pita bread down on a clean surface. Place a thick layer of pizza sauce on top of each pita bread. Spread out the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce. Cherry tomatoes, black olives, red onions, and bell peppers should be put on top. Add pepper and salt to taste. Carefully put the pita pizzas that have been prepared into the air fryer basket. Melt the cheese and make it bubble in the air fryer for 5 to 6 minutes, or until the edges of the pita bread are crispy. Use tongs or a spatula to carefully take the pita pizzas out of the air fryer. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh basil leaves. Cut your homemade pita pizza into pieces and enjoy!
