Quick English Muffin Breakfast Pizza Recipe

A tasty and healthy breakfast pizza with eggs, bacon, and fresh vegetables is a great way to start the day. This healthy, filling recipe is great for a slow brunch or a quick breakfast in the morning.

Ingredients: 1 pizza crust. 1/2 cup tomato sauce. 1 cup spinach. 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced. 4 large eggs. 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper, to taste.

Instructions: Preheat your oven to 450F 232C. Roll out the pizza crust on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the crust. Top with spinach, cherry tomatoes, and half of the bacon. Make 4 small wells in the toppings and crack an egg into each well. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and the remaining bacon. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the eggs are set to your liking. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing. Serve hot and enjoy!
